We find our designers the organic way, through word of mouth. I met the very first Rage designer recruit, Ryerson Fashion student Cat Essiambre, outside of the Reverb at a show one night! The Rage carries work by design students (college, university and high school) and by the self-taught. Whether they make 10 pieces then move on to another venture or stick it out, the ideas are always fresh, unexpected and FUN!! It is truly amazing watching these irrepressibly creative individuals evolve.
